Faith Medlin, COTA/L, was our first employee here at CTS, LLC. She has been with us since March 2019 after completion of her boards (NBCOT). She graduated from the University of Memphis in May 2016 with a Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science where she then went to Concorde to study Occupational Therapy, and graduated December 2018. She has always had a heart for kids, and knew she wanted to work in pediatrics because she wanted to work alongside children and families, watching them grow and meet milestones. She says pediatrics is the most rewarding job in the world to watch a child grow on their journey and see what all they can overcome. Her patients have become family. Faith lives in Piperton, TN as single foster mom with her two dogs, Avery (golden retriever) and Harper (3 legged rescue pup). She attends Highpoint Church and leads the 11th grade girls bible study. She’s ran 2 St.Jude half marathons and loves to stay active at her local gym, Burn bootcamp. She also loves the country life. When she’s not at work loving on her sweet kiddos, you can find her outdoors on a farm with the animals or in the woods riding a fourwheeler. She’s very passionate and involved in the foster care community, and became a licensed foster mom in March 2021.

I also enjoy riding my motorcycle and playing league pool.
